The Proving Grounds: Combat Fitness was born by the necessity of developing ultimate physical survival skills and attributes to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) elite soldiers to be able to fight “against the odds” type battles in the modern warfare arena of the middle east. At its core, the Combat Fitness program is a program that follows the IDF’s mentality of preparing a soldier in a minimum amount of time to be at a maximum capacity level and become a fighting machine!

The Objective: This level of maximum capacity is achieved by a very well organized structure of specific modules of workouts constantly challenging three areas of self improvement groups of attributes necessary to become truly Combat Fit:

1) Ultimate Endurance, 2) Functional Strength3) Fighting Skills.

We are not a body building or extreme fitness program. Looking good to us is a by-product, not a destination. Our objective is very specific and our methods have been selectively put together to achieve that objective.

Evolution At Its Best: While our program originated in Israel, we have not ignored evolution and innovation known to be the trades of our great nation of America. We are a ”fitness system” , not a “fitness style”. We are a principal driven method, not a technique listed method. While the fighting spirit of the Israeli warrior is a major building block in our system, the system’s assembly took place in the U.S.A. Thousands of hours of research have been put in developing our system. Years of cross-training in other fitness programs have been physically put to work by the leaders of this program.

The Mentality: We are a hardcore program with a military like attitude about training. We believe hard work will beat talent if talent refuses to work hard. With that said, we are not a “holding hand” program. We workout in a “Brotherhood Of Warriors” structure with a chain of command that is implemented for true leadership. We lead from the front…this is no place for the weak at heart. Our motto says it all : “S. U. B.”

F.I.T. 2 FIGHT: Fitness Impact Training is a complete body conditioning and development program, which incorporates a series of techniques designed to mix cardiovascular, strength and Haganah system self defense skills with Body Blast Bursts - unique sequences, Haganah uses to develop speed, power, agility and endurance. This Body Blast approach helps you develop "burst endurance" - the ability to go all out for short periods of time - critical in a self-defense situation. It also develops effective "adrenal state response," enabling your body to perform effectively under states of high stress - again crucial to your safety.
