Adults and Teens
Our goal is to teach the highest quality of Martial Arts to all our students. The practice of Taekwondo will increase your physical stamina, strength, flexibility while increasing your awareness, and confidence. We offer high intensity and fun classes that will encourage all the benefits regardless of age or sex. Our adult program is specifically tailored toward the student’s goals and their abilities.
Each class starts off with breathing exercises, a light warm-up and specific stretching exercises. Then the classes will focus on the topic of the day. We offer traditional and Olympic style Taekwondo, practical self- defense, and strength-conditioning classes.
Youth
Parents dream for their children to be, healthy, respectful and successful
in life.
For ages 7 - 12, this program emphasizes perseverance, further refinement of techniques, and prepares the students for entry into the adult program. Taekwondo will help kids become confident with their own capabilities, learn self-control, be courteous to others, to persevere when an obstacle arises, have integrity and create an indomitable spirit. These personal characteristics proved to help kids achieve their fullest potentials in life.
We teach the fundamentals of Taekwondo, such as basic punches, kicks, stances and blocks, which will developed into more complex combinations and techniques. These basic fundamentals are very important for a student to attain at a young age so he/she can improve his/her personal skills and can grow into the art of Taekwondo. Thru training, a student can become powerful physically, which can then build his/her character's spirit and discipline.
Fighting skills, however are not the only important aspects of Taekwondo. Learning the meaning and history of Taekwondo is just as important as studying the physical attributes of the art. Through our disciplined training sessions, the student can improve his/her mind and body, as well as acquire the exercise necessary in a daily life.
